Packing can be a real pain in the neck, but it can also be done rather quickly and easily if you hire professional packers and prepare for it right. We suggest making a simple list of the rooms which are the top priority to pack, moving to the ones left for last.

Top-priority rooms to pack

The rooms that you should pack first are the ones you use the least. For example, if you have any spare rooms, that would be ideal to start with. Also, some of these rooms are sometimes used for storage, so they will be easy to handle. Then, basement, garage, or the attic are the areas you should focus on first because these are the places where you will spend the most of your time packing. These are some of the problematic spots to sort and pack so you would want to get those off your list first.

Next – 2nd priority rooms

The kitchen is one of the most challenging places to pack because it contains so many items – easily, breakable ones, the tiny ones, the forgotten ones in the drawers, heavy and fragile kitchen appliances, etc. It takes a lot of time to pack everything in the kitchen safely and properly. The following one is the living room – not too difficult to pack, but it does contain some massive items like the big pieces of furniture, flat-screen tv, sound system, etc.

Last rooms to pack

The grand finale is undoubtedly the bedroom and bathroom. These are the rooms you will need the most and therefore should be taken care of last. Also, make sure to make them usable until the moving day, but also 90% packed, so you don’t wait for our Dallas movers with these two rooms not ready. Packing can be done efficiently and quite fast if done correctly. If you know how to handle packing the right way, you’ll move easily – just listen to us!
